Hiring: HR Sales Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Sales Recruiter who is comfortable making recruitment calls and sourcing candidates from digital marketing leads. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on hiring Field Sales Executives
• Make recruitment and follow-up calls to candidates
• Source candidates from digital marketing leads and databases
• Screen and shortlist suitable candidate profiles
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment data and candidate records
• Support candidates throughout the hiring process
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within timelines
Required Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in making and handling calls
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Basic MS Office and computer knowledge
• Must speak Telugu, Hindi, and English; Kannada is an added advantage
