Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as an HR & Sales Intern. The selected candidate will assist with tasks such as managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR processes, supporting organizational goals, and handling communication with team members. Providing assistance in handling sales-related activities is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- Experience or knowledge in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Time-management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Background in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field is a plus
