Fynest Realty is looking for an energetic HR Executive to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
* End to end recruitment and onboarding
* Candidate sourcing and interview coordination
* HR operations and employee documentation
* Support employee engagement and culture
What Makes This Role Different?
Along with your HR responsibilities, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in real estate sales. If you bring in buyers or contribute to sales, you'll earn additional commission, giving you the chance to significantly increase your income.
We're Looking For
* Experience in HR or recruitment (Real Estate experience is a plus)
* Strong communication and people skills
* Organized, proactive, and self motivated
* Someone who enjoys learning and wants to grow beyond a traditional HR role
