Synvesco is looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who can identify the right talent like a detective—someone who can screen profiles deeply, understand candidate psychology, and ensure we hire the best fit for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Screen resumes with strong analytical and detective-like observation skills
- Identify the right candidate beyond just the resume
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluation calls
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and leadership
- Manage job postings across multiple hiring platforms
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth communication
- Work on employer branding and candidate experience
- Support HR operations whenever required
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal + Written)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Sharp screening and candidate assessment ability
- Strong understanding of hiring psychology and behavioural evaluation
- Ability to work with urgency and ownership
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing strategies
- Experience in startup hiring is an added advantage
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Professional attitude with high confidentiality standards
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 2–5 Years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Hiring
Qualification: MBA in HR / Graduate with relevant recruitment experience
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates from IT, SaaS, Startup, or Multi-industry hiring backgrounds preferred
