Job Description

• HR Recruitment Training + Internship
• Internship Period : 3 Months ( No stipend)
• Location : West Mardepally, Secunderabad Work from office Mon to Sat / 10 to 7pm.
• Benefits : Professional Training, Experience Certificate, Full Time Job offer ( If the candidate's performance is good during the Internship period, they will be hired as a Full-timer
• Update our internal databases with candidates information
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training reports, job roles, KPI's/KRA's, Meetings, Updates)
• Increasing Social Connections in HR Field and creating a database for External Staffing.
• Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving the Company stats.
