Eazyway is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic fresher specialized in HR and Marketing to support recruiter acquisition and platform growth initiatives.
The primary focus of this role will be to connect with recruiters and HR professionals, promote the Eazyway platform, and help companies onboard and post jobs on our platform.
This role combines recruitment understanding, digital marketing, communication, and business outreach.
💼 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 & 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• Connect with recruiters and HR professionals through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
• Promote Eazyway’s recruiter platform and hiring solutions
• Assist recruiters in onboarding and posting jobs on the platform
𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
• Create and share recruiter-focused marketing content
• Support campaigns to increase recruiter engagement and platform adoption
• Help improve recruiter acquisition and retention initiatives
𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚
• Support LinkedIn and social media activities related to recruiter engagement
• Create basic content for recruitment campaigns and branding initiatives
• Assist in maintaining Eazyway’s digital presence
𝐇𝐑 & 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Support recruitment-related activities and recruiter communication
• Coordinate with internal teams for recruiter onboarding and support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in interacting with recruiters and HR professionals
• Good writing and social media communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and business outreach
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Interest in HR Tech, recruitment, or startup environments
