Responsibilities
- Understanding Requirements: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job roles, skills, and experience required.
- Talent Sourcing: Use job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking to find suitable candidates.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video screenings, evaluate cultural and role fit.
- Coordination of Interviews: Schedule interviews, communicate with interview panels, and keep candidates updated throughout.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a positive candidate experience by timely communication and feedback.
- Selection & Offer Process: Support hiring managers in evaluation, negotiate salary, and roll out offer letters.
- Documentation: Ensure necessary documentation is completed (ID proofs, application forms, background checks).
- Employer Branding Support: Represent the company professionally and positively in the job market.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers, and share hiring status reports regularly. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist in personnel performance feedback and appraisals process.
- Coordinate HR projects (performance appraisals, meetings, training, surveys etc) and records minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures from employees.
- Design and conduct in employee engagement and employee welfare activities to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Identifying opportunities to innovate engagement strategies and continuously improve existing programs to meet evolving needs..
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in HR
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Familiarity with job portals and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
