We at Tecnots are a global technology solutions company headquartered in Dubai with offices across India and Saudi Arabia, building innovative digital solutions that empower enterprises worldwide. As we scale our teams in India, we are looking for an energetic HR / Recruitment Intern to support hiring for our fast-growing technology and product functions.
What you will do:
* Source and screen candidates for tech and non‑tech roles using LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
* Coordinate our walk‑in drive: candidate registration, basic briefing, interview scheduling, and status tracking.
* Schedule and follow up on interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
* Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and basic HR records.
* Draft and publish job posts on LinkedIn and other platforms as required.
* Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
Who should apply:
* Recent graduates / final-year students in HR, Business, Commerce, Psychology, or related fields.
* Strong interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment in the tech/startup ecosystem.
* Good communication skills (spoken and written English; Hindi/Kannada is a plus).
* Comfortable with MS Office / Google Sheets and using LinkedIn for talent search.
* Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Internship details:
* Location: Tecnots – Bangalore office (On-site)
* Duration: 3 - 6 months (with potential for full‑time role based on performance, if applicable)
* Stipend: As per company norms
* Working Days: Mon–Sat
