ABOUT THE ROLE
The HR Recruitment Coordinator will support endtoend hiring operations, including recruitment coordination, MIS management, and onboarding activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Coordination
- Support the TA team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely follow-up on interview feedback.
2. MIS & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and dashboards.
- Update candidate database and generate weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, pipeline status, etc.).
- Provide data insights to help improve hiring efficiency.
3. Onboarding & Joining Process
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and verification.
- Prepare offer letters, collect required onboarding documents, and ensure compliance.
- Assist new hires during the joining formalities and induction process.
- Maintain and update employee records for new joiners.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with the TA team, HR operations, and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with external vendors (if any) for hiring support.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
5. General HR Support
- Assist with HR operations tasks as required.
- Contribute to recruitment-related process improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
- Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
