Job Position: HR Generalist/ HR Specialist/ Asst. Manager HR/ HR Manager
Company Description
ArdorComm Media Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage end-to-end HR Recruitment and HR operations along with admin responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, and smooth administrative coordination while supporting the overall HR function of the organisation.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR.
Job Location: RemoteWorking, Preferred Job Location - Pune / Delhi/ NCR
Exp: 1–5 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring expertise in Events/ Media Sector Job roles (Sales, BD, Digital Marketing, Content Writer, Graphic Designers, Web Developers etc.)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with team managers.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Maintaining payrolls, attendance and leave tracking.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related queries and support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Administrative responsibilities, handle general administrative tasks.
- Travel and accommodation bookings for employees.
- Maintain company documentation and records.
- Organising internal meetings, employee engagement activities, festive occasion planning and get-together meets.
- Manage operational support tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with vendors or external stakeholders when required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling employee information.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, Google Workspace, and Trending HR tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
