About the Role:
We are building aggressively at Impronics and are looking for a sharp, high-energy recruiter who can hire fast, hire right, and keep the momentum going. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and can close positions quickly while maintaining quality, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing to onboarding
- Hire for fintech, payments, product, tech, and operations roles
- Build strong pipelines through LinkedIn, portals, and networks
- Drive aggressive hiring timelines and closures
- Work closely with founders and leadership on hiring priorities
- Ensure strong candidate experience and employer branding
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in fintech / payments / startup hiring
- Hustler mindset – speed + ownership + accountability
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
