HR Intern (Recruiting) | AM:PM
AM:PM is a video-first news platform for Gen Z and millennials, delivering sharp, fact-checked stories in under 90 seconds. We are building a creator-led newsroom and scaling talent fast.
Role
Own recruiting execution on the ground. This is a high-activity role focused on outreach, conversations, and closing.
What you’ll do
- Source candidates across platforms, communities, and referrals
- Call candidates, run first conversations, and assess fit in real time
- Drive interview coordination and keep momentum high
- Maintain a simple, clean pipeline of active candidates
- Work directly with founders on role clarity and hiring priorities
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication, especially on calls
- High ownership and consistency in daily outreach
- Sharp instinct for people and role fit
- Comfort operating in a fast, unstructured environment
How we work
We rely on direct outreach and conversations. Tools are provided, but judgment, clarity on calls, and follow-through matter more than tools.
