Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Human Resources (HR) Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure timely communication with candidates. The role will also involve maintaining recruitment databases, participating in job fairs, and fostering positive relationships to drive talent acquisition and ensure alignment with the company’s growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
- Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and understanding of recruitment databases and tools
- Familiarity with job description creation and developing candidate pipelines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, while managing time and priorities effectively
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in hiring for manufacturing or renewable energy sectors is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
