Candidate Preference: Local candidates only Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with a strong background in non-IT hiring, particularly in manufacturing and construction sectors. The role involves end-to-end recruitment along with team handling responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across manufacturing and construction sectors Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers Handle offer negotiation and onboarding processes Lead and mentor a small recruitment team Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Ensure timely closures and adherence to hiring targets Required Skills Strong experience in non-IT recruitment (manufacturing/construction preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously Team handling / leadership experience Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Additional Requirements Must be based in Bangalore (local candidates preferred) Should be available for immediate joining or within 15–20 days
