Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Coimbatore, focused on hiring for the textile and apparel manufacturing functions at TruColors. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical and managerial interviews, and supporting final selection and offer processes. The role will involve building and maintaining a talent pipeline for production, design, merchandising, quality, and support roles, while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand manpower plans and job requirements. The HR Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment data, update candidate records, and prepare hiring reports. Responsibilities also include coordinating onboarding activities, supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining relationships with institutes and local talent networks, and ensuring recruitment practices are fair, inclusive, and compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong talent acquisition capabilities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment management.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, basic labor and employment norms, and ethical recruitment standards, preferably within the textile or manufacturing sector.
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, local networks, and campus or training institute relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Comfort using HR systems, applicant tracking tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms to track recruitment activities and generate basic reports.
- Understanding of textile or apparel manufacturing roles (such as production, quality, merchandising, and operations) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate in a team-oriented environment, and adapt quickly in a growing, fast-paced organization.
