Position Overview
We are looking for a sharp, energetic, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be hunting for high-quality talent, filtering out unqualified profiles, and maintaining a steady pipeline of exceptional candidates.
As an HR Recruiter at Reddensoft, you are the first point of contact for candidates. Your ability to judge communication skills, technical basics, and cultural fit during the very first phone call will be critical to our success.
Key Responsibilities1. Sourcing & Candidate Hunting
- Proactively source candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media platforms.
- Headhunt passive candidates for specialized roles (such as AI/ML Engineers, Python Developers, UI/UX Designers, SEO Experts, and BDEs).
- Build and maintain a robust database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
2. Strict Pre-Screening & Vetting
- Conduct thorough initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' communication skills, attitude, and core qualifications.
- Filter with Precision: Ensure that no candidate is forwarded to senior management unless they meet 100% of the basic job criteria and possess excellent spoken English (especially for BDE/client-facing roles).
- Coordinate and schedule technical or secondary tests for shortlisted profiles.
3. Interview Coordination & Pipeline Management
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the entire hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Line up interviews efficiently based on management’s availability.
- Follow up closely with selected candidates until onboarding to ensure zero drop-outs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–10 years of experience as a Recruiter (IT/Services recruitment experience is a major plus).
- Communication Expert: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. You must be able to judge a candidate's speaking quality instantly.
- Sourcing Skills: Hands-on experience with Boolean searches on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other major job boards.
- Target-Driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and close positions within strict deadlines.
- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA in HR or related field is preferred but not mandatory if performance is proven).
