Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive located in Noida. The professional will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent aligned with the organization’s needs. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, the role ensures the smooth onboarding of candidates and maintains a positive recruitment experience while meeting hiring targets within specified timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, from sourcing candidates to final selection
- Skills in Hiring and Interviewing to identify and evaluate top talent effectively
- Proven Communication skills to liaise seamlessly with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
