Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month

About the Role
We’re looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented to take ownership of Talent Acquisition at Datastraw. In this remote role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, handle active candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience in a fast-moving environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with around 1 year of experience who wants to learn, take ownership, and grow within Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Take care of the entire hiring process, from finding and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, rolling out offers, and supporting them through onboarding.
- Find and connect with quality candidates through job portals, referrals, and proactive outreach, while building and maintaining a strong, steady pipeline.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, plan timelines, and stay aligned on priority hiring needs.
- Keep recruitment trackers up to date, regularly update the ATS (Keka/Google Sheets), and maintain clear, structured hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates at every stage, from the first interaction through to onboarding.
Requirements
- Around 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition. Experience hiring for BPO, D2C brands, startups, or remote teams is a plus.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members
- Comfortable working with ATS tools like Keka, along with a good working knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel for day-to-day tasks.
- Familiar with Slack and other team collaboration tools used in remote work environments.
- Strong organization, and multitasking skills, with good attention to detail.
