Job Title: HR Recruiter (Non-IT)
Location: Work From Home
Salary: ₹3,000 – ₹12,000 (During 3 Months’ Probation)
Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles such as BPO, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Field roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles including BPO, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Field positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate onboarding
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to meet hiring deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
