Role Description
We are seeking a full-time HR Recruiter (Non-Tech) to join our team at UrbanGabru. This on-site role, based in Pune City, involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for non-technical roles. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a talent pipeline, offering strategic hiring insights, and fostering a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Proficiency in general Recruiting with a focus on non-technical hiring
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate interactions with candidates and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring plans
- Ability to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the retail, grooming, or fashion sector is a plus
