🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & Boolean search
• Screen profiles & conduct telephonic interviews
• Coordinate technical & leadership rounds
• Manage recruitment tracker & HRMS (Keka) updates
• Handle salary negotiations & offer rollouts
• Ensure smooth pre-onboarding & joining

📊 What Success Looks Like

• Time to Close: ≤ 7 days
• Offer Acceptance Rate: ≥ 85%
• Offer-to-Join Ratio: ≥ 90%
• 100% recruitment data accuracy

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline)
• 5 years recruitment experience (EdTech/service preferred)
• Strong sourcing, screening & negotiation skills
• High ownership, professionalism & attention to detail
