Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter (Non-IT) based in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, and onboarding. They will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, build a talent pipeline, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. The role also involves maintaining recruitment data and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Should have 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment in Non IT.
- Should be comfortable working in targets.
- Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Experience in Recruiting and building talent pipelines for non-IT roles
- Ability to manage recruitment without requiring technical recruiting or IT Recruitment expertise
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in high-growth and fast-paced environments is a plus
