Qualifications
- Strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Experience in hiring for non-IT roles within food & beverage, QSR, or similar customer-facing environments.
- Understanding of Recruitment concepts is a plus, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, social media sourcing, and basic recruitment analytics.
- Ability to work on-site in UJJAIN, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws, fair hiring practices, and diversity and inclusion principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are preferred.
