Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Noida. The HR Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and attracting top talent to meet the organizational needs. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing communication with candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and Indeed to attract suitable candidates.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and managers while ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collect interview feedback, maintain candidate records, and update recruitment documentation regularly.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct onboarding and induction activities for new hires and assist with background verification processes.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are completed within defined timelines and hiring targets.
Qualifications:
- Talent Acquisition and Candidate Sourcing skills, with experience in job posting, resume screening, and utilizing recruitment channels.
- Proficiency in Interview Coordination, Communication with Candidates, and Candidate Assessment techniques.
- Strong Collaboration skills to partner with hiring managers and team members to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of Employment Laws and Best Practices in recruitment and hiring processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior recruitment experience in technology, hospitality, or service-oriented industries is advantageous.
