Qualification: BBA / MBA / B.Com / BMS (Any Specialization)
Internship Duration: 3–6 Months

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
• This internship is designed for BBA and B.Com students who want hands-on experience in HR and Finance operations.
• No advanced knowledge is required, basic understanding and willingness to learn is enough.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
𝗛𝗥 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Help in interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
• Maintain employee and candidate records in ATS
• Assist in joining formalities and documentation
• Support day-to-day HR activities and internal coordination
• Help prepare basic HR reports
• Prepare Dashboards for performance analysis with Power BI and other Power Apps
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 & 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets & PPT
• Basic understanding of HR or Accounting concepts
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Attention to detail and sincerity towards work
𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆)
• Knowledge of Payroll, HRMS, or accounting basics
• Experience with college projects, internships, or assignments
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint or report preparation

• BBA / B. Com students (1st, 2nd, or final year)
• Freshers looking for practical corporate exposure
