We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to support the recruitment and hiring process. The candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing day-to-day recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Assist in posting job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
Eligibility:
- Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related field.
