About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as HR Recruiter Interns. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals
· Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
· Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
· Schedule interviews with hiring managers
· Coordinate and follow up with candidates
· Conduct reference checks and background verification
· Assist in offer rollouts and salary negotiations
· Maintain recruitment records and reports
· Ensure a positive candidate experience
· Support HR team in improving hiring strategies

Stipend Structure (Performance-Based)
· 0–4 Successful Joinings: No Stipend
· 5–10 Successful Joinings: ₹3,000
· 11–15 Successful Joinings: ₹5,000
· 16–18 Successful Joinings: ₹7,500
· 19+ Successful Joinings: ₹10,000 + Best Performer Award
