Key Responsibilities:
· Understand manpower requirements from outlet heads and central teams.
· Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and field recruitment.
· Screen candidates for attitude, communication, grooming, and job fit.
· Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
· Handle offers, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
· Maintain recruitment trackers and share weekly hiring updates.
· Build a strong pipeline for frequently required positions (Based on Attrition).
· Ensure manpower is in place for new launches and peak seasons.
Qualifications:
· Graduate in HR or related field.
· 2–5 years of recruitment experience; hospitality/QSR/FEC hiring would be a plus & highly
recommended.
· Knowledge of volume hiring and field sourcing channels.
Skills Required:
· Good communication and people skills.
· Ability to hire quickly and meet deadlines.
· Basic understanding of BOH and FOH roles.
· Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
· Good with Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
