To grow these businesses, we are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter. Roles and Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
- Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks. Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Evaluate resumes, applications, and cover letters to identify qualified candidates. Interview Coordination:
- Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Gather and provide feedback to both candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Negotiation and Offer Management:
- Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions between clients and candidates.
- Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the onboarding process. Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform recruitment strategies. Collaboration with Team Members:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share candidate leads, insights, and market knowledge.
- Participate in team meetings to strategize and optimise recruitment processes. Performance Metrics:
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) Requirements 1. 6 months to 1 Year Experience in end-to-end recruitment. 2. Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn. 3. Bachelor's degree. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Excel. 6. Proactive and results-driven mindset. 7. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. 8.
