Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Rajkot, designed specifically for freshers who are starting their career in human resources. The HR Recruiter will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including understanding hiring needs, sourcing candidates through job portals and other channels, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, assisting with onboarding formalities, and supporting HR documentation and compliance. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure timely hiring and a positive candidate experience. The position offers an initial salary in the range of INR 13,000–14,000 per month.
Qualifications
- Must be a fresher with a completed MBA (preferably with specialization in Human Resources or related field).
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, with willingness to learn sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and HR record-keeping is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with spreadsheets, email, and online job portals.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage time effectively, and handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and a professional demeanor suitable for a financial services environment.
