About The Role
We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for the role of
HR Recruiter under our
Learn & Earn Program, where candidates will gain practical HR experience along with the opportunity to pursue an
Online MBA (HR Specialization).
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Travel across campuses (Pan India) for hiring drives
- Represent the company during campus activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate only
- Freshers only
- Final year students (2026 pass-outs) can apply
- Must be available for full-time work (no active classes during work hours)
- Must be open to Pan India travel
- Own laptop is mandatory
- Good communication skills
Learn & Earn Program Requirement
- This role is part of a Learn & Earn Scheme
- Selected candidates must be willing to enroll in an Online MBA program
- Candidates will gain practical work experience + academic qualification simultaneously
Salary & Training Structure
- Training Period: First 12 months
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month(First 6 months) and after ₹15,000 per month
- Post Training Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)

- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Ability to multitask
- Confident personality for campus interaction
