Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter (Entry Level) role based in Mumbai. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates for back-office roles. Additional responsibilities include creating job descriptions, coordinating interviews, updating recruitment databases, maintaining strong communication with hiring managers, and assisting in onboarding procedures. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both applicants and employers.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English languages
- Capability in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and ability to create effective job descriptions
- Proficiency in maintaining and updating recruitment databases and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate interviews effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in recruitment (internship or part-time work) is an added advantage
