## *Job Summary*
We are looking for a dynamic *HR Recruiter cum Operations Executive* who will manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day business and operational activities, including coordination with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
## *Key Responsibilities*
### *HR Recruitment*
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)
- Manage hiring for sales, operations, warehouse, and support roles
- Post job openings on portals, social media, and other hiring platforms
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
### *HR Operations*
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR compliance
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process
### *Operations Coordination*
- Coordinate with warehouse (Bhiwandi), logistics, and sales teams
- Assist in order processing, dispatch coordination, and documentation
- Handle vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Support daily business operations and reporting
## *Required Skills*
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment + operations coordination
- Knowledge of MS Excel, HR tools, and job portals
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of supply chain / trading business (preferred)
## *Preferred Candidate Profile*
- 3-5 years experience in HR + Admin / Operations role
- Experience in trading / chemical / industrial company is an advantage
- Local candidates from Mumbai preferred
