About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us attract top talent. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities.
Employer Branding
- Promote the company's employer brand across various hiring platforms.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and networking events when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidate fit and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Technical roles.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
- Experience in SaaS or technology hiring is a plus.
