About the role:
We are a fast-growing EdTech company focused on transforming learning experiences and helping
students build successful careers. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join
our talent acquisition team and support bulk and lateral hiring for various Non-IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions like Sales and Operations.
• Source candidates through job portals, Linkedin, Social media, referrals, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR Interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Supports day to day HR operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in Non-IT hiring is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Must have a laptop and Android phone
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Energetic and self-motivated individual.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Prior experience in EdTech recruitment will be an added advantage.
