Job Title: Sourcing Expert – Recruitment

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Expert to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates across various industries and functions. The role requires strong sourcing skills, market research capability, and expertise in using different job portals and professional networking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and profile evaluation.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers regarding candidate quality and market availability.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Generate daily/weekly sourcing reports and pipeline updates.
- Stay updated with hiring trends, market intelligence, and competitor mapping.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and talent research.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Dice, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing/talent acquisition.
- Experience in IT, Non-IT, or international hiring is a plus.
