Qualifications
Any Graduate or Post Graduation
Technical knowledge:
Must possess Knowledge or understanding of recruitment life cycle.
Usage of various job portals/websites
Experience into recruitment in IT Non-IT and should have worked for all the levels
Should have a team handling role
Responsibilities:
- Managing end to end recruitment cycle- screening, sourcing, negotiating, interview follow-ups till candidate onboard.
- Effective communication with the client handle the team and coordinate with the team to achieve the target. Follow-up with candidates and client END to END coordination.
- Good team player and team builder, capable of multi-tasking in different key roles as the situation demand. Complete ownership of the position closures through conventional and non-conventional sources
- Adhere to the process in fulfilling the recruitment cycle with the company standards.
- Handle the team and coordinate with the team to achieve the target. Follow-up with candidates and client END to END coordination.
- Client Co-ordination.
- Ensuring maximum information is extracted from the client on the new job descriptions.
- Getting the feedback on the profiles sent.
- Providing information to client, taken from the candidates as feedback and the post interview questions.
- Follow up with the clients on a daily to know the interview results/status
- Co-ordinate with internal accounts team for invoice preparation & follow up with the clients for payment clearance of the same.
