Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner (Growth Hiring)

We are not looking for a traditional HR.
We are hiring a
Talent Acquisition Partner who can
build our hiring engine from scratch, move fast, and close high-quality candidates consistently.
This role is for someone who treats hiring like
sales + growth, not just coordination.
- What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end hiring across tech, product, and operations roles
- Close 4–8 quality hires per month
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, communities, and networks (not just job portals)
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Create and improve hiring processes for speed and quality
- Ensure a great candidate experience and fast turnaround times
- What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Proven ability to source and close candidates independently
- Strong experience with LinkedIn sourcing and direct outreach
- High ownership, urgency, and execution mindset
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Someone who is hungry, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced startup
