We’re Hiring – HR Recruiter | Madhavbaug Clinics & Hospitals
Madhavbaug Clinics is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for clinic requirements including:
• Specialist Doctors
• Patient Care Executives (PCE)
• Panchakarma Therapists
• Clinic, Hospital & Office Staff
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, references, and field hiring
• Screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Managing onboarding and documentation
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in healthcare recruitment (preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
• Proactive and target-driven approach
Location: Thane
Experience: 1–4 years (Healthcare industry preferred)
