Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will perform full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining job descriptions, collaborating with department managers, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies while fostering a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience with recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR-related software
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of employment laws, workplace compliance, and HR best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with department managers to meet hiring targets
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment; experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is an advantage
