🔹 Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience in IT hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various technical roles such as .NET, Angular, React, QA, and DevOps.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing → Screening → Interview → Offer → Onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Schedule and manage interview processes
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database
- Negotiate salary and close candidates efficiently
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.)
🔹 Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
