Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role located in Noida. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a talent pipeline, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and guidelines. Additional duties include creating recruitment strategies, managing job postings, and contributing to various HR-related initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and headhunting strategies
- Experience managing candidate sourcing via job portals, social media, and networking
- Skills in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and understand job requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in recruiting for the education technology or STEM-related industries is advantageous
