Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in the Pune Division. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to identify the best talent for our organization and clients. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining job descriptions, posting job opportunities, collaborating with hiring managers, building candidate pipelines, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The role also involves attending job fairs, building relationships with educational institutions, and maintaining updated hiring metrics to ensure goals are met.
Qualifications
- Talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to establish rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple roles and deadlines
- Experience working in the technology or IT domain is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Understanding of current employment laws and best HR practices
