Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time HR Recruiter role based in Noida. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding potential candidates aligned with the company's needs. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings on various platforms, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining recruitment reports, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The HR Recruiter will also assist in enhancing the recruitment strategy and building a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Proficiency in managing job postings, interview coordination, and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder interaction
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate recruitment records
- Knowledge of hiring trends and strategies within the BPM or digital services industry is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
