💼 Experience Required:
We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in Transmission Line projects. However, there is no bar for the right candidate who brings passion, capability, and a strong recruitment mindset.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Build strong talent pipelines, especially in the transmission line sector
- Maintain candidate relationships and ensure a smooth hiring process

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior recruitment experience (Transmission Line industry preferred)
