Job Description,
Source and identify suitable candidates as per JD shared by clients.
Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, shortlisting, screening, and selection).
Follow up with candidates through the entire process until joining.
Coordinate with clients for requirements and updates when needed.
Maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
