Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for a Human Resources Executive. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and overseeing overall HR management for the organization. The role involves collaborating with team members and providing strategic HR support to align with organizational objectives. Proficiency in Kannada and Tamil is required to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to ensure smooth functioning of daily human resources activities
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations to foster a positive work environment
- Solid background in core Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred
