Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Ghaziabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, and screening candidates to match the organization's needs. They will coordinate with departmental heads to identify hiring requirements, conduct interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. The role also involves maintaining a candidate database and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in talent acquisition, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Experience in database management and maintaining accurate recruitment records
- Familiarity with HR recruitment policies, onboarding processes, and organizational compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders across the organization
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR-related software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
