Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. The role will involve building strong candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and facilitating seamless hiring processes. The recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights to optimize hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and building candidate pipelines.
• Skill in sourcing and shortlisting appropriate candidates using various platforms and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding processes.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment in Andheri (E).
• Familiarity with recruitment in banking, financial services, or corporate domains is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
