Job Title: HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. This role will be primarily focused on recruitment and talent acquisition, with limited involvement in other HR coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, proactive in sourcing candidates, and strong in closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment closure targets.
Recruitment Metrics & Targets
- Responsible for achieving strict hiring closure targets.
- Ensure quick turnaround time in candidate sourcing and selection.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
HR Coordination
- Support with offer roll-out and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Assist with basic HR coordination when required.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.
- Strong closing ability and follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners highly preferred.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
- Highly motivated, organized, and result-oriented recruiter.
